BKS (PT Bringin Karya Sejahtera) was established in 1986 as a subsidiary of BRIdapen (BRI Pension Fund) which is part of BRI Group, which is engaged in the Property Management Services business.
As consultants, we assist BKS in developing the self and skills of the clinical staff through specially formulated trainings. Also, we assist in creating work standards for cleaner staff.
The improvement of the competency of the cleanerl staff is also carried out by holding certification tests for all levels of cleaner staff.

The State Palace (Istana Negara) is located on Jalan Veteran and faces the Ciliwung River. The palace is backed by the Merdeka Palace which faces the National Monument Park and is connected by the Central Courtyard. The State Palace environment includes several other buildings, namely the Presidential Office, the State Guesthouse, the Baiturrahim Mosque, and the Presidential Palace Museum.
As consultants, we assist stakeholders in the maintenance of the palace area in planning the budget and equipment for the maintenance of the palace environment.

The DKI Jakarta City Hall area is the official workplace of the Governor and Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta. The City Hall complex is also a meeting and convention venue used by the public.
As consultants, we assist stakeholders in the maintenance of the city hall area in planning the budget and equipment for the maintenance of the city hall environment. And we also provide special training to improve the quality of cleaner officers through training and motivation sessions. This is also equipped with a competency test (certification) that strengthens cleaner officers as competent in their field of work.
